Closure of 2015/16 CCSP and CCSR Programme

The CCS ‘Private’ Programme which ran from 7 March 2016 to 19 August 2016 will close for child registrations on Friday 2ndSeptember 2016.
What will happen?
· Once closed, services will not be able to enter new child registrations on the PIP Portal for children.
· Services will not be able to amend these registrations e.g. insert leaver forms after the 2nd September 2016.
I’m not finished with these registrations yet! What do I need to do?
· Services are asked to check all CCSP registrations in particular the Bands approved and Status Comments. For registrations that were declined please ensure that new registrations (only where required) are entered on PIP before the deadline of 2 September 2016 with all the relevant attachments, for approval by DCYA.
My CCSP children were attending up to the end of the 2015/16 Programme and are still attending. What do I do?
· Services must re-register CCSP for the 2016/17 Programme, and enter the relevant childcare start dates for the new programme. Please check the CCS ‘Private’ PIP How to Guides for Service Providers for more details on how to register children under CCSP
Please note: The contracting process is underway for the 2016/17 CCSP programme. Child registrations have been open for CCSP child registrations since Monday 22 August 2016.
