The Kildare County Childcare Committee was established in 2001.
Our mission is to promote quality and accessible childcare provision for all children from birth to 14 years in Co. Kildare, in partnership with all stakeholders.
Our Values
KCCC have agreed the following Organisational Values
As a member of KCCC, directors should promise to abide by the fundamental values that underpin all the activities of this organisation. These are:
• Accountability – everything KCCC does will be able to stand the test of scrutiny by the public, the media, the Office of the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs, Pobal, Government and the courts.
• Integrity and Honesty – these will be the hallmarks of all conduct when dealing with colleagues within KCCC and equally when dealing with individuals and institutions outside it.
• Transparency – KCCC strives to maintain an atmosphere of openness throughout the organisation to promote the confidence of the public, the Office of the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs, Staff, Pobal and Government.
