Director sought for KCCC Voluntary Board

At Kildare County Childcare Committee (KCCC) we are seeking a new Director to join our voluntary Board. KCCC's mission is to promote quality and accessible childcare provision for all children from birth to 14 years in Co. Kildare, in partnership with stakeholders. It is a registered charity, funded by the Department of Children and Youth Affairs/Pobal. Our Board currently consists of 8 voluntary members, who meet 6 to 8 times per year at our offices in Clane (evenings) and comprises local representatives from the statutory, community and voluntary sectors, social partners, childcare providers and parents. If you are local (and particularly if you have legal experience (although it’s not necessary)) and would like to give something back to your community by contributing to our work in developing early education and childcare in Kildare, we would love to hear from you.
