Covid 19 measures

On 12th March 2020 the government announced the closure of all childcare facilities, along with schools and colleges, in response to the Covid 19 crisis.
This is an evolving situation and we are following government and guidelines from the DCYA.
Regular updates will be provided to childcare providers as they become available.

**Parents please note the advice to keep children home, not mixing with each other or visiting grandparents**

The following message was sent to providers in Kildare today:

"Our staff here in the childcare committee will continue to work to support you at this time. While our staff will work remotely we will be available via the usual phone number: 045 861307 as well as by email. Please bear with us as we will also have our own children home with us. Regarding our planned training events, these are cancelled up to 30th March for now and we hope to offer the option of webinars, emailed slides etc, as well as one-to-one phone support where relevant."

We plan to offer regular blogs and other inspiration for families at home.
At this time the Board and Staff of KCCC would like to wish all staff, children and their families the best, We will be in touch regularly in the coming weeks and look forward to supporting you all as ever,

With Kind Regards
Julie McNamara,
