Parent and Toddler Group Grants Initiative 2026 – Now Open

Kildare County Childcare Committee (KCCC) is delighted to announce that applications are now open for the 2026 Parent and Toddler (P & T) Group Grants Initiative.

This grant initiative plays an important role in supporting Parent and Toddler Groups throughout County Kildare, recognising the valuable contribution these groups make to families and local communities. Parent and Toddler Groups provide welcoming, inclusive spaces where young children can learn through play, develop early social skills, and where parents and carers can connect, share experiences, and access peer support.

Funding provided through this initiative can assist groups with day-to-day running costs and help enhance the quality of activities and resources available. Grants may be used towards items such as play and learning materials, equipment, guest speakers, activities, or other supports that strengthen the overall group experience.

Applications for the 2026 programme are now available from Kildare County Childcare Committee. The closing date for receipt of completed applications is 20th February 2026. Groups are encouraged to apply early to allow sufficient time to complete the application process.
