1. Opening Statement

Personal Data: date of birth, your address, email address, telephone number, PPS number, social welfare status, bank account details, DCYA reference number, Tusla reference number, and any other relevant data required.

We use the personal data you share with us so we can communicate with you and disseminate information on behalf of the DCYA and Pobal and other relevant agencies and stakeholders.
3. Sharing & Disclosure
We strive to keep your personal data safe and only share it when necessary. We recognise that you have a right to know that the information you share with KCCC is maintained confidentially. We only disclose your information as authorised in this Statement. We do not rent or sell your Personal Information to anyone. We may share your personal information with the third parties listed below.

Protection of Named Service & others and Disclosures for Law Enforcement Under certain circumstances KCCC may be required to disclose your Personal Information response to valid requests by public authorities to meet law enforcement requirements.

Your records will be kept in line with our data retention policy.

We use appropriate technical, organisational and administrative security measures to protect all personal data we hold in our records and keep it secure. Unfortunately, no organisation can guarantee complete security. Right of Access Individuals have the right to access their personal data and supplementary information. National Collaboration - Childcare Committees Ireland
Childcare Committee’s Ireland
Kildare County Childcare Committee is committed to the work of Childcare Committee’s Ireland / CCI.
CCI / Childcare Committee’s Ireland is the National representative group of the 30 County and City Childcare Committees.
It’s goal is to enable Childcare Committees to work collaboratively with our national stakeholders.
CCI enables local committees to share learning to inform national thinking/ practice.
It also provides a forum for childcare committees to share ideas and collaborate on new initiatives.
CCI's objectives include:
i. Leading in the promotion of quality early childhood care
ii. Participating in the development of national strategies, policies and programmes on
childcare and education
iii. Collaborating and sharing nationally to develop CCC staff capabilities in service delivery
iv. Working with childcare providers and other partners to achieve common goals.
CCI are currently working on developing a strategic plan, city & county childcare committees will carry out a consultation process to inform this plan early in 2018.
